Now, don't be jealous or anything,

but when TLC's "Don't Go Chasin' Waterfalls" came on the John Tesh radio program last night, I let loose the entire rap portion at the end. That's right. I remembered it all.
This goes to show what great things I've kept stored in this noggin of mine over time. I can never remember the best way to get home from the airport, but I've got that mid 90's rap down pat.

Putting the word "rap" in the same sentence as "John Tesh" makes me laugh.

you make me laugh! I am so glad you married my Brother so that I can be related to you. I remember random things like that too, It's fun when you can bust out lyrics to rap or any other 80's or 90's song and your teenager gives you that look like."mom you are embarrassing me and I don't even have any friends over"

I was just thinking, "Does John Tesh do rap?"

I still know all the words to the talking part in the middle of Paula Abdul's "Opposite's Attract." A fact I wasn't even conscious of. I don't know if I'm proud or ashamed.

You and me both. You gotta love TLC! Rilie thinks it is so funny that I will sing Snoop Dog one minute and Muse or Queen the next.

random lyrics -- love it! I can relate, only I usually can tell you all the lyrics but don't ask me who sings it or the title ;) oh and fairest was a torturous book to listen to - I will admit I fast forwarded a lot just to get done. Currently listening to The Demon King and about 3 CD in - loving the reader and the story so far

This makes me laugh so hard for a few reasons...
Reason 1: I can totally see you rapping it up.
Reason 2: I could totally do it with you!
Reason 3: the song is just funny. It totally takes me back!

I'm so glad you felt the need to share this on your blog...made my day!
