She makes me laugh.

I was going about my business today waiting for Tessa to finish playing with her lunch when she announced, "All done. Time for school."

What?!?

Time for nap, more like it. :)

I guess this was better news following lunch than last week when she sadly announced that she had grape in her nose.
Yeah.
Directions in this case: Press on the empty nostril and have the kid blow. Then laugh when you realize she meant what she said and be glad it was just a chunk of a grape.
I know I STILL need to post some pictures of our San Antonio trip and even a few since then. I'll try to stop being so bloggin' lazy. No promises, though.

Ha, Ha, Ha! Grapes in the nose. At least she told you. Ty wants to go to school too. I am so ready to let him. What is with the lime aid? It is more like a 64oz Diet Coke from the gas station. I am addicted.

I think every kid some kind of story like that. One of my friends kids back in Minnesota got a small felt ball stuck in her nose and when asked how it got there, she shrugged and said, "It did it all by itself".

did Jake teach her that?

Oh man! We haven't had any nose trauma yet! Drew did get stuck in his crib the other day though. He had lifted his legs over his head and put his feet through the bars and couldn'tget out. Kids! I'm glad you got the grape out and that is was only a chunk and not a whole grape! ;)

I am so glad you were able to get it out yourself! When Joseph was younger, he stuck a small bead in his ear and we had to go to the doctor to get it out. The procedure took all of 5-10 seconds and when the bill came, it said "surgery" and they charged us about 75$. Lame!
